Short list, and deliberately so. If you meet these you can start today.
Platform Starter is the cluster configuration a platform team would otherwise spend a quarter assembling: Argo CD managing everything from Git, ingress-nginx with cert-manager for automatic certificates, External Secrets syncing from your secret store, horizontal and cluster autoscaling, network policies, and a Prometheus, Loki and Grafana stack with dashboards for every component.
An application template shows how a team ships a service onto the platform with a single Helm values file. Runbooks cover upgrades, node failures, certificate problems and the ten alerts you are most likely to see.

Platform engineer, keeps the deploy lines running
Mateo has run infrastructure for an e-commerce platform through four Black Fridays and a data-centre migration, which left him with firm opinions about rollbacks. He writes the DevOps recipes and backup scripts, and tests each one on a fresh server and a fresh cloud account before release. If a recipe has no undo, he does not consider it done.
